• Tooling (sonotrodes, fixtures, boosters) — 3 months

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operation; damage caused by improper operation is excluded.

During the warranty period, we repair the machine free of charge or ship new replacement parts to you at no cost.

After the warranty expires, we continue to provide repairs and genuine spare parts at cost price — for as long as you operate the machine.

Every machine is fully tested and production-ready before shipment. Along with your machine, you'll receive an operation manual and video tutorials covering setup, operation, and daily maintenance — enough to get your team proficient quickly.

Lead Time

Most trial orders and small orders ship directly from stock within 7 days. Large orders and customized production lines typically require 15–60 days, depending on scale and configuration.

Shipping Method

We match the shipping method to your order size for the best balance of speed and cost:

• 1–2 units — express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or EMS)
• Shipments over 50 kg — air freight or sea freight (LCL), which is far more cost-effective for heavy equipment

Our standard payment terms:

• Small orders (e.g., samples, spare parts) — 100% T/T in advance
• Bulk orders — 30% T/T deposit with the order, 70% balance paid before shipment
