The MC-F30Z is a 3000W handheld/portable ultrasonic tube sealing machine designed for one-step sealing and cutting of copper and aluminum refrigerant tubes in refrigerator, air conditioner and heat pump production. It replaces flame brazing with a cold, gas-free, environmentally friendly process that delivers a hermetic, leak-proof seal with consistent cut length.
The generator converts mains power into a 20 kHz high-frequency electrical signal, which the transducer turns into mechanical vibration. The handheld sonotrode applies this vibration to the charged copper or aluminum tube under regulated air pressure, causing the metal molecules to interdiffuse and form a solid-state, hermetic crimp in a fraction of a second. The lower fixture simultaneously seals and cuts the tube to a uniform length.
