This 15 kHz, 3200 W high-power ultrasonic welding transducer features a twin-converter design. Premium piezoelectric ceramic discs ensure strong, stable ultrasonic output. During welding, the transducer drives high-frequency friction at the joint interface, rapidly generating heat between the molecules of thermoplastic parts to form a strong weld. Ultrasonic welding is widely used across industries — electronics, stationery, transportation equipment, toys, cosmetics, and motors — for materials such as PP, PE, ABS, and acrylic.
