The MC-JQ-T20 ultrasonic transducer combines a nickel-plated aluminum converter and booster with a steel housing, suited for ultrasonic welding, cleaning, and cutting machines. As an energy conversion device, it converts input electrical power into high-frequency mechanical vibration and delivers it to the sonotrode — while consuming less than 10% of the power itself.
