Automatic Ultrasonic Sandwich Cutter With Conveyor
Description
The Ultrasonic Sandwich Cutter: Precision in Every Slice
Designed to handle a wide range of food products — from sandwiches and cakes to pastries and more — the ultrasonic sandwich cutter delivers clean, uniform cuts with every pass. Cutting speed and cutting height are both adjustable, allowing you to tailor the machine to your specific production requirements.
At the heart of the system is a blade vibrating at 20,000 times per second. This high-frequency ultrasonic motion enables precise, crumb-free cuts that significantly improve product quality and presentation — even on delicate or layered items.
The result is higher productivity and throughput with reduced labor costs, making it an ideal addition to any food production line. Certified to CE and FDA standards for safety and compliance.
Blade sizes vary by model, and we support a full range of cutting blade options. Key parameters — including power output and cutting speed — can be customized to meet your exact requirements. For more details, please contact us.

Customization Available
Ultrasonic food cutting outperforms conventional knives on products that are difficult or impossible to cut with traditional blades — frozen foods, easily deformed items, and moisture-sensitive products such as cakes, bread, nougat, sesame candy, sandwiches, cheese, fruits, and meat. This makes it a versatile solution for a wide range of food processing applications.

How It Runs in Production
Automatic product arrangement: sandwiches are lined up on the belt before the blade arrives, so operators load the conveyor instead of placing every piece by hand.
No downward pressure: high-frequency ultrasonic food cutting keeps layers, fillings and soft crumb exactly where they were as the blade passes through.
Clean cut faces: no crumbs, smearing or torn edges, even on delicate and intricate items.
Blade guarding as standard: protective covers shield the cutting zone in normal production.
Continuous flow: the belt keeps product moving between cuts, so hands-on labor per portion falls while output holds steady.
Blade Supply and Food-Contact Hygiene
The knife is the part that works hardest on a conveyor-fed cutter, and the first one to wear. As an ultrasonic food cutting machine supplier, MCSONIC supports these machines with a full range of cutting blade options, so a change of product or a blade due for replacement does not have to stop the line.
Every surface that touches food on this machine is made from certified food-safe material, chosen to sit inside the hygiene and quality routines your plant already runs.

Technical Support & Model Matching
Unsure which ultrasonic system fits your workpiece or production line? MCSONIC's engineering team helps you select the right machine, horn or blade configuration before you order, backed by over 15 years specializing in ultrasonic cutting and systems widely used in factories worldwide. We support customization of key parameters, integration into existing automation lines, and clear guidance on installation, commissioning and daily operation. Our after-sales engineers help troubleshoot issues remotely or on site, and selected systems support remote diagnostics. Send us your drawings, samples or cycle targets and we will recommend a practical configuration.
FAQ
How do we choose the right blade profile for our product?
Send us a sample, or tell us the product height, filling and firmness, and we will recommend the knife profile and settings that suit it. Settling this during configuration is far quicker than discovering it on the line. If you later add a product with a different texture, the same discussion applies to the new knife.
What changes when we switch from one sandwich size to another?
Cut positions and parameters are entered on the touch screen before the run starts, and the machine holds that setting for the rest of the shift. A smaller or larger portion does not call for new hardware. Moving to a different cut shape is a blade question rather than a control question.
How do we clean the machine during a production day?
On this ultrasonic food cutting machine the cutting zone is open, so the blade and the area around it can be wiped down between runs as part of your normal routine. Operators check that area at each changeover, and the operating instructions cover the full procedure. Your own food safety plan sets how often it is done.
Is this machine practical for a mid-size bakery, or only for high-volume plants?
It is a commercial ultrasonic bread cutting machine, but it does not need a very large plant to make sense. Shorter shifts with the settings matched to the volume you plan to produce work perfectly well. What matters more is whether the volume justifies running the conveyor continuously instead of cutting by hand.
How much operator training does the cutter need?
The control panel is a single touch screen, so most operators are comfortable after a short walkthrough on a trial batch. Day to day they load the conveyor, watch portion consistency and change settings for the next product. That walkthrough is part of commissioning.
How does the cutter fit into a line we already run?
It can be installed in-line between stations you already have, or used as a stand-alone unit with its own infeed and outfeed. Share your line drawing and we will confirm the position and the transfer heights so product crosses without a manual step. Special shapes are worth raising at the same time, because they are built into the knife specification.
